H&M - Hennes & Mauritz (Swedish multinational with over 140 stores in Italy and 4000 in the world), entrusts Ricerca e Progetto for the preliminary, final and executive design, and for the works supervision in the construction of its Italian stores.
The project, developed in close collaboration with the Client, includes the whole executive design for the competitive tender, as well as HVAC, fire prevention and electrical systems.
Several commissions concern protected building in the historical centers, where the skills of Ricerca e Progetto allow to develop complex projects, both for the architectural and the mechanical plants integration, in accordance with protection restrictions imposed by cultural heritage authorities.
In every project Ricerca e Progetto, in collaboration with H&M's Project Manager, coordinates the different actors involved in the building process.
As part of its role, Ricerca e Progetto attends to many activities of technical-administrative due diligence and feasibility study, to identify suitable locations for new H&M stores in historical city centers.
