Angelo Mingozzi invited to attend as "Conferencista magistral" in Third International Congress on Environment and Sustainable Development MACDES.2014 in Cuba.
The current challenge for actualizing the Cuban economic model is how to achieve a viable economy, preserving, at the same time, the social project and the important human capital in the country, avoiding dependencies that increase the vulnerability.
