The urban regeneration project of the former Coop of piazza Foresti, developed by Ricerca e Progetto for the municipal administration of Conselice, received a contribution of 924,000 euro from the Emilia-Romagna region, through a regional call for proposals with 112 proposed projects and only 31 funded.

The urban regeneration plan involves the rehabilitation of the external areas and the redevelopment of the building, aimed at environmental sustainability, seismic improvement, safety, and energy efficiency.
